Lamb meat (chopped) ۴۰۰ gr.
Onion (chopped) ۱ (۱۴۰ gr.)
Salt As needed
ground black pepper As needed
Okras (trimmed) ۵۰۰ gr.
Lime juice ۲ tbsp. (28 ml.)
Tomato paste ۲ tbsp. (30 gr.)
Frying oil ۲ tbsp. (28 ml.)
Cook meat, onion and enough water in medium saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover; let cook for 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper at the last moments of cooking. Cook okras in saucepan of boiling water with juice for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, stir- fry tomato paste in oil; add to meat. Place okras in colander to drain, add to stew. This stew is ready to serve 30 minutes later.
