This food is fashionable in Behshar, a town in Mazandaran city of Iran.
Wax beans (۱cup (150 gr
Lentils (۱cup (150 gr
Meat (minced) ۲۵۰ gr
Onion (grated) ۱ (۱۴۰ gr.)
Salt As needed
ground black pepper As needed
Frying oil As needed
Spinach (diced) ۷۰۰ gr
Drained yogurt ۴ cups (800 gr.)
Spring onion (chopped) ۱/۴ cup
Mint (dried) ۲ tbsp
۱٫Soak beans and lentils with water for 24 hours (change water several times); drain. Cook them in separate saucepans with water; drain. 
۲٫Combine meat with onion, salt and pepper; knead and form into small meatballs. Heat oil in a pan, fry meatballs in pan. Drain on absorbent paper. 
۳٫Heat spinach in pan over heat until evaporates. 
۴٫Combine beans, lentils, spinach, meatballs, spring onion, yogurt, mint, salt and pepper. Place in serving plates. Serve.
