Chick peas ۱ cup
Navy beans ۱/۴ cup
Wax beans or black eyed peas ۱/۴ cup
Mexican limes ۴
Soy beans ۱/۲ cup
Sun flower oil As needed
Turmeric (ground) ۱ tbsp
Potatoes (peeled) ۲
Tomatoes (quartered) ۴
Salt & ground black pepper As needed
۱٫    Soak peas and beans in water for 24 hours (change water a couple of times); drain. Soak soy beans in water for 2 hours; drain.
2.    Prick the limes with fork; boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside to stand in boiling water for 30 minutes.
3.    Place peas in medium saucepan with 10 cups of water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover; let cook for 30 minutes. Add beans; set aside to cook for 3 hours.
4.    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir in soy beans. Stir in turmeric. Add to pan with potatoes, salt, pepper and limes at the last 45 minutes of cooking. Add tomato at the last 30 minutes of cooking; let cook well.
